Iron Skillet Venison Chops Recipe

3 Venison Chops
2 Potatoes, quartered
3 medium Carrots, quartered
1 small Onion, chopped
1 Celery Stalk, chopped
1/2 tsp Parsley
Iron Skillet


In a large iron skillet, brown venison chops, onion and celery in small amount of butter. Add cut and sliced carrots and potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley and add enough water to almost cover meat and vegetables.

Cover and simmer for roughly 40 minutes, or until chops are cooked to desired doneness and vegetables are tender.

A great outdoor recipe for camping, hunting, and fishing.
