Thawing Steaks

Our steaks have been individually vacuum-sealed for your convenience. To thaw them, simply remove the number of steaks you will be cooking from the freezer and place in your refrigerator overnight. Never thaw any meat on the counter.

Quick Thawing:
If you are in a hurry, place desired amount of steaks in the individual sealed packages under cold running water. Never thaw steak under warm or hot water. Your steaks will be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes depending upon thickness.

Overnight Tip:
If you have the time to thaw overnight youʼll love this simple method for juicy mouth watering steaks. Remove your steaks from the individual packages and place in a glass/plastic container or zip tight plastic bag. Add your favorite marinade, sauce, or seasonings and seal the container tight, and place in your refrigerator. Overnight, as the steaks thaw, those seasoning flavors will infuse themselves into your meat and add extra flavor and juiciness.
