Southwind Sirloin Steaks Recipe

Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serves: 8


8 Sirloin Steaks (8 oz ea), 1-2 inches thick
1 can Beer (12 ounces)
1/2 cup Chili Sauce
1/4 cup Salad Oil
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Sauce
1/8 tsp Liquid Smoke Flavoring
1/2 cup Onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
Salt & Pepper, to taste


In a small saucepan, mix beer, chili sauce, salad oil, soy sauce, mustard, liquid smoke, onion, & garlic, and bring to a simmer for 30 minutes.

Brush meat with sauce and place steaks on grill 4 inches from medium heat. Cook 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently with sauce. Season with salt and pepper while cooking. Serve steaks with remaining sauce.
