Preparation & Marinate Time:
Yields: 4 Servings
4 Top Sirloin Steaks, 6 oz each, boneless
1/4 cup Honey
4 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp medium-grind Black Pepper
2 tsp ground Mustard
2 tsp Chili Powder
In a small bowl, mix rub ingredients well. Rub each steak with one tablespoon of honey, then rub seasoning mix onto steaks. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes before cooking.
Grill or broil to desired degree of doneness. A quick and simple recipe with excellent results.
