Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Marinate Time: 2-3 hours
3 pounds Sirloin Steaks
1/4 cup + 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice or Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup instant minced Onion
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp instant minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
1 Tbsp chopped Parsley
Combine 1/4 cup of the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, oil, minced onion, salt and minced garlic. Mix well and set aside.
Place steaks in tight-fitting bowl or plastic bag. Pour Worcestershire sauce mixture over steak. Marinate 2 to 3 hours, then remove from marinade.
Heat grill and place steaks on rack. Grill over hot charcoal or broil under preheated hot broiler for 7 to 10 minutes on each side or until done as desired, brushing occasionally with leftover marinade. Remove steak to serving plate and keep warm.
In a small saucepan melt butter. Stir in parsley and remaining 1 teaspoon Worcestershire. Slice steak and pour savory sauce over steak. Serve with a giant baked potato packed with all your favorite fixings.
