Grilled Ribeyes with Fresh Mango Salsa Recipe

4 Ribeye Steaks
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Lime Juice
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Fresh Mango Salsa:

2 cups Tomatoes, diced
1 Fresh Mango, peeled & diced
1 Bell Pepper, seeded & diced
6 Green Onions w/tops, diced
1 large Fresh Jalapeno, seeded & diced
1/4 cup Lime Juice
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup Pecan Pieces, toasted


In a medium bowl, mix Worcestershire, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, and brown sugar. Combine marinade mixture and ribeye steaks in a sealable container. Place in refrigerator and marinate steaks 15 to 30 minutes.

In medium bowl, combine all salsa ingredients. Keep chilled in regrigerator.

Once ribeye steaks have finished marinating, place on grill and cook 4 to 6 inches on medium heat or coals for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once.

Serve steaks with mango salsa, either in separate bowl, or poured over top of steak. Alternately, you can cut steaks in ½ inch slices, then pour salsa over the top of the slices. Serve with your favorite rice and steamed broccoli.
