Eggs and Reindeer Sausage Bake Recipe

Prepartion Time: 20 minutes
Baking Time:30 to 40 minutes
Serves: 8 to 10

Ingredients:

1 pound Reindeer Breakfast Sausage
6 Eggs
2 cups Milk
6 slices Bread (cubed)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp dry Mustard
1 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Directions:

In a large frying pan, brown sausage, then drain and cool.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, then add milk, salt, mustard, cubed bread, and cheese. Add sausage last and pour into 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish.

Stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F.
