Memphis Rib Rub

Memphis Rib Rub Recipe

Preparation Time: 30 minutes


3 Tbsp Paprika 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Ground Basil
1½ Tbsp dry Mustard
1 Tbsp Red Pepper
1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper


In a mixing bowl, combine all dry rub ingredients. Spread evenly on raw ribs that have been patted dry, and let ribs sit until the rub appears moist.

You can store extra rub in an air-tight container for later use.
