Wisconsin Cheddar Burgers

Yields: 5 Servings


1 lb lean Ground Beef
1 cup grated Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup soft Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Onion, minced
3 Tbsp Heinz 57 Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
Hamburger Buns, buttered & toasted


In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, minced onion, and Heinz 57 sauce. Mix well and form into 5 burger patties. Grill or broil patties to desired doneness. Place cooked burgers on toasted buns and top with a dollop of Heinz 57 sauce. Serve with your favorite condiments and ice-cold beverages.
