Sour Cream Burgers

Sour Cream Burgers Recipe

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serves 2


1/4 cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp Sliced Green Onion
4 tsp fine dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 tsp Salt
dash freshly Ground Pepper
1/2 lb lean Ground Beef
2 Hamburger Buns, buttered & toasted
Lettuce Leaves
Thin Slices Tomato
Sour Cream


Stir together 1/4 cup sour cream, green onion, bread crumbs, salt and freshly ground pepper. Add the ground beef and mix well. Shape into two 3/4-inch thick patties.

Preheat grill, then cook until desired doneness, flipping once, about 4 minutes each side or so. Serve on toasted buns with lettuce and tomato. Dollop burgers with additional sour cream. Serve with small side salads and big slices of watermelon.
