Kansas City Burgers Recipe

Serves 4


1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 cup frozen Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
2 Tbsp Barbecue Sauce
4 Hamburger Buns- split, buttered, & toasted
4 slices Swiss Cheese
4 slices Bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 Green Onions, sliced


In a medium bowl, add thawed hash brown potatoes and barbecue sauce to ground beef. Mix well. Shape mixture into 4 thick burger patties. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Place cooked burgers on buns, then top with cheese slices, crumbled bacon and sliced green onions. Serve your Kansas City Burgers with onion rings and your favorite cold drink. A great recipe for outdoor bbqing.
