Cajun Hamburgers

Cajun Hamburgers Recipe

Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serves 6


2 lb lean Ground Beef
1 Green Bell Pepper, cored, seeded and minced
1/2 cup Scallions, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Paprika
Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
Salt, to taste
6 toasted Hamburger Buns
sliced Tomatoes
Sour Cream


Combine beef, green pepper, scallions and garlic in a mixing bowl. Add cumin, oregano, thyme, paprika, red pepper flakes and salt to taste, and mix until well blended. Shape mixture into 6 hamburger patties.

Broil, fry or grill yoru cajun hamburgers to desired doneness. Place on toasted buns and top with tomatoes and sour cream. A refreshing meal on a hot afternoon day.
