Hawthorne's Hawaiian Chicken Recipe

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Marinate Time: 24-36 hours
Serves: 6


6 Chicken Breasts, boneless
2 cups Pineapple Juice
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Sugar


In an medium bowl, combine pineapple juice, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well.

Using a fork, poke about 5-8 sets of holes in each chicken breast. Put chicken breast in a large zip lock bag and pour marinade mixture into the bag. Add more pineapple juice if necessary to make sure chicken is well covered. Refrigerate
for 24-36 hours.

Fire up your grill and cook marinated chicken to perfection. Great for summer barbecues on the deck.
