Chicken & Stuffing Casserole Recipe

2 cups cooked Chicken, cubed
1 can (10¾ oz) condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Milk
1 bag (16 oz) frozen Vegetable combination, thawed
4 cups Herb Seasoned Stuffing, cubed
1 cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar Cheese
Vegetable Cooking Spray


Spray a 12x8x2-inch shallow baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.Stir the soup and milk in large bowl. Stir in the vegetables, chicken, and stuffing. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Stir, then sprinkle with cheese over the chicken mixture. Bake for 5 minutes more or until the cheese melts.
