Start to Finish:
Yields: 4 to 6 Servings
4 to 6 each skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast portions 1 can (10¾ oz) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup 1⅓ cupWater 3/4 cup uncooked regular Long-Grain White Rice 1/4 tsp ground Black Pepper 1/2 tspOnion Powder 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
Stir the soup, water, rice, onion powder and black powder in a 12x8x2-inch shallow baking pan. Top with chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with additional pepper. Cover the dish with foil.
Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until the chicken us cooked through and the rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Uncover and sprinkle cheese over the chicken. Serve hot!
