Mustard Fried Caribou Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

4 Caribou Steaks
Seasoning Salt
Pepper
2 Tbsp Dijon-Style Mustard
1 tsp Horseradish
1 Tbsp Oil

Directions:

Season steaks with your salt and pepper. Combine mustard and horseradish. Smear this mixture on each side of the steaks so that the steaks are fully coated on both sides. Pan fry in hot oil until browned (medium rare). Probe steak with a fork and as soon as the juices run clear, steaks are done.
