Flaming Caribou Steaks Recipe

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serves 2


1 lb Caribou Steaks
4 Tbsp Butter, divided
1 small Onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Sherry
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tbsp A-1 Steak Sauce
1 Tbsp Chives, chopped
1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
Salt & Pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp Brandy


In a hot skillet, cook onions in 2 tbsp butter until golden. Pound steaks to tenderize and sear over high heat in butter & onion, about 2 minutes on each side. Add sherry, A-1, 2 tbsp butter, Worcestershire, chives, parsley, pepper and salt. Reduce heat to medium and cook steaks for 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Just before serving, add brandy, bring skillet to the table, ignite brandy and serve flaming hot!
