fresh ground Black Pepper 1/2 medium Onion, chopped 1/4 cupBread Crumbs 1Egg
Your favorite burger spices, to taste 8 thin slicesCheddar Cheese 4 slices precooked Bacon, cut in half
Preheat grill or broiler. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients and form into four hamburger patties. Brush burgers with vegetable oil and grill about 4 minutes, then turn and cook to desired doneness. Top each burger with two slices of cheddar cheese and top with two bacon strips. Serve caribou burgers on rolls with your choice of condiments.
Because caribou has so little fat, you'll need to add some pork for a juicy burger.
