Jackson Buffalo Burgers Recipe

Preparation Time:
Yields: 4 Servings


1 lb Ground Buffalo Meat
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 tsp Ketchup
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Mustard
2 tsp Horseradish


In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients well and form into burger patties. Heat grill and cook to desired doneness. Add cheese if desired. Serve your buffalo burgers with your favorite condiments. Note that Buffalo is a lean red meat and is some what dry so you have to cook it slowly to keep the juices in.
