Preparation Time: 30 minutes
2 lbs Ground Buffalo Meat
3 roasted Pablano Chiles (half a chile for each burger)
6 slices Habanero Jack Cheese
Preheat grill. Shape ground buffalo meat into 6 burger patties. Cook on grill and melt cheese when just about done. Place burgers on toasted buns and stack with chiles and additional condiments. Very simple tasty dinner.
